| Description: | From home in St. Petersburg, north along the Pinellas Trail to Lakeview in Clearwater and return. Sprinkles and light rain encountered on the way north. It stopped at turnaround point, but at Walshingham on the return trip, it started to sprinkle again. Solid rain at Park Boulevard overpass was followed by intense driving rain at Duhmey Road. Visibility was 30-50 yards at best. It rained sideways across Boca Ciega Bay with 20mph wind, but thankfully the temperature had dropped from 89 at the beginning to 78 when the rain ceased at the 38th Avenue overpass. Great fun and was able to hold 22-24 in the flats despite the rain. Felt great. |
